I began my Real Estate career with the intention to market, design and sell extraordinary properties. I joined Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty to become part of a platform that offers the best network, tools, and technology to best serve my clients.

Melissa is a proved negotiator having sold in various price points and markets. Never a hard sell, but often a velvet hammer. Melissa’s agent metrics outperform industry standards.
Experienced Project Management. The best Realtors mitigate potential risks that may sour a deal and are one step ahead of the challenges. She likes to work with other experienced professionals who you’ll need on your “closing team” to best orchestrate the most seamless transaction possible. She earned her GREEN designation to help clients find resources to retrofit homes with more efficient systems. She credits her late father for her passion. After working in the construction business for over 20 years and building all of thier family homes, he patented an insurance product called SubShield to protect general contractors when hiring sub contractors.
Melissa is local. Having grown up in Westchester, Melissa has an insider’s view on Westchester neighborhoods and their distinctive culture. After commuting to NYC for several needs, she has an understanding of buyer’s commuting concerns.
She earned her BA in Marketing from Fordham University in the Bronx and studied for her Masters of Fine Arts in Interior Design at The New York School of Interior Design in the city.
